Learn more at phamily.com.</p> <h3><strong>Job/Role Description: </strong></h3> <p>The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for driving new business growth across large healthcare provider organizations, including health systems, medical groups, and value-based care networks. This role is highly consultative and mission-driven, focused on helping organizations improve clinical outcomes and financial performance through Phamily’s AI-enabled care management platform.</p> <p>This individual will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through contracting and close, while working closely with marketing, product, clinical, and implementation teams to ensure successful deployment and long-term client value. The Enterprise AE will operate in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and serve as a trusted advisor to executive-level healthcare leaders.</p> <p>This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that sits at the center of Phamily’s growth strategy and directly contributes to expanding access to proactive, value-based care.</p> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities: </strong></h3> <ul> <li>Own the full enterprise sales cycle from lead qualification through close across large healthcare provider organizations</li> <li>Build and manage a pipeline of health systems, medical groups, and value-based care organizations</li> <li>Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth</li> <li>Conduct executive-level discovery with clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders</li> <li>Present Phamily’s value proposition in a consultative, ROI-driven manner tailored to healthcare buyers</li> <li>Partner closely with Product, Clinical, and Implementation teams to ensure smooth handoff post-sale</li> <li>Navigate complex procurement, contracting, and security review processes within enterprise healthcare systems</li> <li>Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Requirements: </strong></h3> <ul> <li>8+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in healthcare SaaS, health tech, or value-based care</li> <li>Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals</li> <li>Experience selling into health systems, medical groups, ACOs, or payer/provider organizations</li> <li>Strong understanding of healthcare economics, care delivery workflows, and value-based care models</li> <li>Ability to manage long, consultative sales cycles with executive-level buyers</li> <li>Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills</li> <li>High degree of ownership, discipline, and ability to operate in fast-moving environments</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in early-stage or high-growth healthcare technology companies</li> <li>Familiarity with chronic care management, remote patient monitoring, or care coordination platforms</li> <li>Entrepreneurial DNA: A 'builder' mentality with the ability to operate effectively in high-ambiguity environments where processes may not be fully fleshed out</li> </ul> <p><strong>Work style &amp; logistics (drive home location and travel reqs here): </strong></p> <p>We are a fast-growing, early-stage company with a bold mission and significant work ahead; every employee at Jaan Health must embody growth company DNA.
