Check the daily operating status of machines: air compressors, conveyor belts, production machines (automatic laser welding machines, automatic battery sorting machines, battery charging and discharging machines, automatic glue dispensing machines). Perform preventive maintenance for machines according to the plan. Evaluate equipment functionality, propose spare parts for preventive maintenance and necessary parts for machine repair. Monitor spare parts inventory and plan for replacement. Handle machine breakdowns and report them. Prepare instructions for machine inspection, operation, and maintenance when requested. Can program PLC, HMI for new equipment installation and machine improvement. Calibrate torque wrenches, calipers, and manage measuring tools. Design machine parts and tools for improvement. Basic machining: drilling, cutting, welding (MIG/TIG/stick) when needed. And other tasks as requested.
