Learn more at phamily.com.</p> <h3><strong>Job/Role Description: </strong></h3> <p>We are seeking a highly driven, execution-oriented <strong>Program Manager</strong> to lead complex, enterprise client implementations across our SaaS and service-based solutions. This role sits at the center of our client delivery engine—partnering cross-functionally with <strong>Product, Clinical Operations, Sales, and Engineering</strong> to bring programs to life and drive measurable outcomes.</p> <p><strong>This is not a traditional IT project management role</strong>. We are looking for someone who has implemented professional services or BPO and who thrives in ambiguity, operates with urgency, and takes full ownership—from kickoff through go-live and beyond.
