Learn more at phamily.com.</p> <h3><strong>Job/Role Description: </strong></h3> <p>We are seeking a highly driven, execution-oriented <strong>Program Manager</strong> to lead complex, enterprise client implementations across our SaaS and service-based solutions. This role sits at the center of our client delivery engine—partnering cross-functionally with <strong>Product, Clinical Operations, Sales, and Engineering</strong> to bring programs to life and drive measurable outcomes.</p> <p><strong>This is not a traditional IT project management role</strong>. We are looking for someone who has implemented professional services or BPO and who thrives in ambiguity, operates with urgency, and takes full ownership—from kickoff through go-live and beyond. You will manage multiple enterprise implementations simultaneously, navigating complexity, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring we deliver with speed and quality.</p> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3> <h4><strong>Client Implementation &amp; Delivery</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Lead <strong>end-to-end implementation</strong> of enterprise client programs across multiple accounts and sites</li> <li>Serve as the <strong>primary project lead</strong> for clients—owning timelines, deliverables, risks, and outcomes</li> <li>Drive structured implementation plans, ensuring clarity on scope, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics</li> <li>Ensure seamless transition from <strong>sales → implementation → ongoing delivery</strong></li> </ul> <h4><strong>Client Engagement</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders</li> <li>Communicate clearly and consistently on progress, risks, and outcomes</li> <li>Operate as a strategic partner—not just a task manager</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Cross-Functional Execution</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Partner closely with <strong>Product, Engineering, Clinical Operations, and Sales</strong> to align priorities and drive execution</li> <li>Translate client needs into clear internal requirements and actionable plans</li> <li>Hold internal and external stakeholders accountable to deadlines and commitments</li> <li>Proactively identify blockers and drive resolution with urgency</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Program Management &amp; Problem Solving</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Manage <strong>multiple complex implementations simultaneously</strong>, balancing competing priorities</li> <li>Navigate ambiguity and evolving client needs with a solutions-oriented mindset</li> <li>Drive decision-making in fast-paced, high-stakes environments</li> <li>Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h3><strong>Requirements: </strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>5+ years of program management experience</strong> in enterprise environments for professional services and/or BPO</li> <li><strong>Startup and high-growth experience required</strong>—comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments</li> <li><strong>Consulting experience strongly preferred</strong></li> <li>Experience working on <strong>SaaS and/or tech-enabled service implementations</strong></li> <li>Proven track record managing <strong>complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders</strong></li> <li>Experience working with or supporting multiple <strong>enterprise clients with C-level key stakeholders</strong> (healthcare experience a plus)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred requirements: </strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Ownership mindset</strong> – you take accountability for outcomes, not just tasks</li> <li><strong>“Get it done” mentality</strong> – high sense of urgency, bias toward action</li> <li><strong>Smart hustle</strong> – able to move quickly while prioritizing what matters most</li> <li><strong>Comfort with complexity and ambiguity</strong> – thrives in challenging, unstructured environments</li> <li><strong>Assertive com…
